Support a Loving Father in Crisis

I am asking for help to cover legal expenses in a custody battle for my son. This has been 4 years of battle for him to even spend time with his 4-year-old son. He and his girlfriend moved to Costa Rica at her request 5 years ago. She immediately got pregnant and left my son. He has begged to be part of his son's life, helped pay medical expenses, and struggled to keep a business open. She left the country without telling him and had his son in the US so he couldn't get residency. Four years of her tricks is too much, but in short, he only saw his son in December after she returned. She didn't put his name on the birth certificate. It took 2.8 years to get a court order for DNA, which proved beyond reproach that this was his child. She was ordered to get the birth certificate changed within 90 days. She did not, but she was letting my son see his child several times a week, so he was afraid to make a complaint. She then decided to make up charges that he molested his 3-year-old child, who adores his Papa. He was arrested and put in jail for two days until a judge saw the charges. The child was checked by a doctor. The judge was furious and immediately released my son, but that was only pre-trial. He can't see his son until the formal trial. We don't think the next judge will charge him, but without really good criminal attorney help, it could take years to go to trial. Attorneys are extremely expensive in Costa Rica, and my son and I have covered everything so far, but I am 73 and retired, and with these charges pending, my son's business is suffering. I know this is long, but my son is a teacher, a Christian, and a very loving father, brother, and son. We need help so that this evil accuser can't manipulate the courts and deny a little boy his father. Please help if you can. Thank you.
