I'm a single mom who is raising money to stop eviction proceedings. I'm 32 years old and I recently fell on hard times. I have a 5-year-old son who has superpowers called “autism” and a 7-year-old daughter. Times have been extremely tough for us right now. I work for a company called Allied Universal, which is a security company, and I don't make much money. I don't have any help financially with my babies. I have been supporting my kids just fine until now. This time has really left me in a dark place. I recently interviewed for a higher-paying job and I really hope I get this job. My kids love our home and we may be homeless . I have no family I could stay with. I have been keeping my problems to myself for a while now and now that the eviction has been filed, I can't hide and run away from this anymore. Between paying for therapy appointments, dentist appointments, social therapy appointments (for my son), he has to see specialists because of his “superpower,” and just our basic needs, I'm drowning. I don't have a car; all me and my babies have is in this home. I also take care of my mom who we recently found out her bones in her hip are deteriorating, so some days she walks fine and a lot of days she can’t move, and also my special needs sister who has Angelman syndrome. Yes, there’s a lot on my plate right now with it being JUST ME. I pray this message reaches someone's heart in some way. God hears my cries every night and the pains behind my smiles every morning. I have placed all of my worries into His hands . My back is against the wall. I'm embarrassed and ashamed that I have to do this.
