Hi. My name is Sandi Starr and I am fundraising for my son Dillon Luke Starr.

Luke was born with a heart defect at birth in 1992. As a result, he had 4 major heart surgeries at different stages of growing up.

Last summer in June he experienced a stoke. Most recently, he was hospitalized for heart failure. His team of professionals from cardiology have explained he will not survive another heart surgery and will need a heart and lung transplant. Doctors suggested he get his affairs in order.

He is only 31 and a single father.

It is my sons wish to see the mountains and take his son for xmas.

This news was not expected and took me by surprise. Shocking for all of us.

Funds raised will be used towards transportation, lodging and food. He is unable to fly due to his heart and I would need to rent a van so he can rest along the way. This fundraiser is so important to us to grant his wish. Much respect to all who are able to help.
