Help Scott Kick Cancers Ass

Hi everyone,

My name is Leah Sitzes; I am honored to say that I am a friend of Scott Lawlor. I have started this fundraiser on his behalf to help him and his family pay for medical expenses, treatments, and other bills while he is in recovery.

It pains me to share the news that Scott has been diagnosed with stage 3 Squamous Cell Carcinoma of the Lymph Node. While he and his doctors are optimistic about the prognosis, the fact remains that he continues to accumulate medical bills throughout his treatment. He will also be out of work for four to five weeks following a procedure to remove the tumor. He and his family could use any and all help to combat these expenses as they focus on keeping Scott healthy.

Anyone who knows Scott knows that his personality is larger than life and his heart is even bigger than that. His laughter and his voice can fill a room with joy and cheer. If you have had the privilege of sweating and panting your way through one of his yoga classes, then you know how they are full of jokes, laughter, and also Scott's endless enthusiasm for yoga. He lives and breathes the yoga practice, giving him an insatiable zeal for life. Scott is a pillar of this community and gives everything he has to the people in it. Now it's time for us to give back.

If any of you have been through this, whether yourself or a loved one, you know how scary the process is and can be. We are hoping to raise enough money to support him with the following:

-To offset any medical bills not covered by insurance

⁃Get him a naturopathic cancer doctor to support him alongside the western medicine treatments

⁃Give him access to highest quality nutritious foods and water to nourish him through this process

⁃Access to all of the care he needs

⁃Help him and his family cover basic needs over these next months, bills etc so he can focus on healing and not be stressed
