Meet Otis — a sweet, squishy English bulldog with the biggest heart and the softest soul.

I rescued Otis from Craigslist after learning he was struggling with a severe UTI and was significantly malnourished. Since then, Otis has been getting the care, food, and love he was missing — and despite everything, he has remained in great spirits.

Otis is playful, affectionate, wonderful with people, and is currently meeting potential forever families who absolutely adore him. He’s so close to his happily ever after.

But there’s one last hurdle.

Otis has bilateral cherry eye, a painful condition that requires surgery to prevent long-term discomfort, infection, and vision issues. While it’s a very common procedure for bulldogs, it is also costly — and it’s the final step before Otis can be fully healthy and ready to settle into his forever home.
