Help to get Jasmine surgery

This is jazmine my daughters 3 year old German Shepherd husky mix. Today 03/31/2016 jazmine and her sister ella who is a German shepherd were outside playing, ellas chain got wrapped around jazmines back leg and ella seen a squirrel and darted off and ended up breaking jazmines leg. Jazmine was rushed to the vet, the doctor confirmed it was broken then sent her to another vet. That vet put jazmine on pain meds and put a splint on her leg and let her go home till they can find a specialist who can do surgery on her leg. Surgery for jazmines leg will cost anywhere from 500 to 4000. Allie is currently not working, but is looking. This surgery is very expensive and she really can't afford as she is a single mom with little to no income. Jazmine was her first baby who she loves dearly.
