Support Parents Who Lost Everything in Fire

Hello everyone,

I’m reaching out with a heavy heart to ask for your help during an incredibly difficult time. On the morning of February 17th, my parents’ home was completely destroyed by a fire caused by a faulty space heater. Thankfully, my father was able to pull my mother to safety through a window—both sustained only minor injuries during their jump into two feet of snow and ice from the deck.

Despite this small mercy, they have lost nearly everything. Two out of three pets have been recovered, but the loss of their home and all belongings has left them without the essentials they need to rebuild their lives. As you can imagine, waiting on insurance to sort out these losses can take a long time.

I’m asking for any donations you can make to help provide them with immediate necessities—shelter, clothing, and other essential items—as they navigate this difficult recovery process. Every contribution, no matter the size, makes a significant difference.
