Peace of mind for Marley and JD

/>/>I wanted to first thank y'all for taking the time to stop by and read about my furbaby, Marley, because we have been through the ringer lately. Marley is a six year old black bombay who I have pretty much had since birth. He has always been healthy up until the last few months, but when it rains it pours. In February I developed appendecitis and on the very same day that they admitted me for my surgery, Marley was also admitted for abdomen surgery due to being attacked by another cat. He had to stay in the hospital for a week having a cyst drained because I wasn't able to be at home to monitor him. I had quite a long recovery myself, but after a while we both seemed to be on the right path. We tried to keep him inside until his depression and attitude became too much to deal with so he was allowed outside again. Last night, April 10, I found Marley laying awkwardly in the bathroom. He had been attacked viciously by (presumeably) the same cat again. I rushed to him the ER doctor where they quoted me $700 for his visit. We ended up just getting him a pain killer shot and waiting until 7AM this morning to get him to his regular vet where they stitched him up good. I'm not trying to make any money and I'm not even trying to replace all of the money I have spent on him. I'm simply trying to keep my head above water. Between being a full time student, working full time, and paying for the medical bills for both mine and Marley's surgeries, I am realizing that I'm in too deep. No contribution is too small, every dollar helps us. Thank you again for the consideration. I'll pass it forward, Love and light 💙
