Help me raise funds for the funeral costs and proceedings for my little brother Deng Ajak.

There are no words that can describe the pain we feel as a family as I write this story. Our brother and my mother's first-born son, sadly and tragically took his own life Saturday morning, on the 25th of March 2023 in the garage of our family home.

Deng Ajak, in spite of all of the hardship, was a bright and energetic ray of sunshine. Beloved by all, his friends and his family, he could bring the house down with his humor, cracking jokes and re-enacting WWE moves for and on his siblings. Deng had a confronting and refreshing way of speaking, was not shy about how he felt, and would tell you whether it was mean or not.

Your generous donations will help cover the funeral costs for Deng Ajak but most importantly it will help our grieving family find a new home where we can start our crazy new normal.

The South Sudanese community has been pained for years by the sudden and tragic loss of young life. Our brother is one. For years, Deng suffered quietly, unable to come to grips with his pain and grief.
