Help me and my mother please❤️❤️

My name is Anthony. The last year of my life has quickly taken a downward turn and I urgently need help in order for me to regain stability and find a new home. I have very little family to help me. My mother has been battling diabetes for as long as I can remember and at the beginning of last year she got a horrible foot infection which lead to a leg amputation in October. She has been in a rehab facility since that time and has been unable to recover. She is bedridden and is ineligible to receive government assistance other than them paying for the long term nursing home facility. Subsequently this has left me in an apartment that we can no longer afford. My father is a truck driver who refuses to be responsible for my well-being. My parents divorced when I was very young and my home situation has never been stable. But at this point it’s very dire, even with me working part time I can no longer afford to live in this apartment. My mother's recovery is very grim as her strength and mobility are almost nil. I would love to raise enough money for myself and my mother to be financially stable and to help with our bills and basic needs as we have no more savings and soon no housing for myself. This is very hard for me to do and having no support from my parents has made my life very difficult and I’m not sure what else to do. Thank you to anyone who can help.
