Support Tony's Fight for Life

Donation protected
Update 6/10:

Tony had a larger-than-life personality and a heart bigger than the world around him. He gave his love, laughter, and light to everyone he met. In the end, it was his big heart—so full of generosity and spirit—that gave out. Tony passed last week due to undiagnosed heart failure leading to multi-organ failure, surrounded by his loving wife, friends and family. He lived fully, loved deeply, and left a lasting imprint on all of us. In lieu of flowers, consider ongoing donations to the Go Fund Me to help with the financial burden of daunting medical bills, loss of income and cost of childcare, or sending toys/donations to the kids. The incidence of heart failure is rising in younger populations, so please get your yearly physical, get yourself checked and if something seems off, then be your own advocate and get answers. Thank you for all your support.

Dear friends, family, and compassionate supporters,

Our names are Jocelyn and Chelsea, and we are close friends of Lauren from PA school. We’re reaching out with heavy hearts to ask for your help and prayers for someone incredibly special – Tony, her beloved husband, a devoted father, and larger-than-life friend who is currently in the fight of his life.

Tony, just 40 years old, was recently diagnosed with multi-organ failure and has been in the ICU under intensive care. His prognosis is dire, and every day is a battle. Despite this devastating situation, Tony continues to fight with every ounce of strength he has.

Anyone who knows Tony knows he is the life of the party – the guy who can make you laugh until you cry, who turns ordinary moments into unforgettable memories. His energy, warmth, and sense of humor light up every room. But beyond the jokes and joy, he’s a deeply loving husband to Lauren for nearly 20 years, and a dedicated father to their two amazing young children who adore him more than anything.

This crisis has placed an unimaginable emotional and financial strain on their family. Lauren has not left his side and is juggling being a pillar of strength for their kids while navigating this heartbreaking journey. Medical bills, lost income, and the cost of ongoing care are mounting rapidly.
We are asking for your support – no matter how small – to help ease the financial burden on their family during this critical time.

Your donation will go directly toward medical expenses, support for Lauren and the kids, and the overwhelming costs of long-term care and recovery, should that become possible.

If you can’t donate, you can also reach out to Jocelyn, Chelsea, or Deanna, Lauren’s sister, as we set up a meal trains and coordinate babysitting. Please share this campaign and keep Tony and his family in your thoughts and prayers. He has given so much joy to all of us — now it’s our turn to give back.

If you feel more comfortable donating directly to Lauren, her Venmo is @laurenazwildcat85. She’s never one to ask for help, but is always there to offer it to those in need. Let’s rally behind Tony and show him just how many lives he’s touched. Thank you for your love, your support, and your generosity.

With deep gratitude,
Jocelyn and Chelsea
