Jimmy Jamz's Kidney Transplant Fund

My name is James Davidson, JR, bka DJ Jimmy Jamz long time radio personality at Orlando’s 102 Jamz and Walt Disney World BET Soundstage Club. Among my many illnesses, the most profound is my End Stage Renal Disease which was caused by Diabetes. Having diabetes not only caused my kidney's to fail, it also took my eyesight and I had to have a partial foot amputation. I am looking for support from my family, friends and fans to help raise the funds needed to cover the cost of my hospital stay and anti-rejection medications after I receive my transplant, as my insurance will only cover a small portion of this expense. I am looking forward to regaining the basic freedoms I had before I started dialysis 5 years ago and any assistance, help or love you can provide will be greatly appreciated.
