Hi everyone,
I am reaching out to you with a heartfelt plea on behalf of my beloved nephew, who is a dedicated and hardworking student pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Management at the University of Sussex.
He successfully completed his second year of university in June 2024 and is preparing to begin his final year in September 2025. However, he is facing an immense financial challenge that has arisen due to unforeseen and life-altering circumstances.
In 2024, tragedy struck his family when my his father, passed away. He left behind his wife and four children, including my nephew, who is the eldest. He has taken on the weighty responsibility of supporting his mother and younger siblings both emotionally and financially, all while striving to complete his education.
The financial burden has been overwhelming. My nephew currently has £11,000 in unpaid tuition fees and an additional £19,000 still to be paid for his final year. Despite his determination and resilience, it has become increasingly difficult for him to balance supporting the family and funding his education.
Education has always been a cornerstone of his dreams—a way to create a brighter future for himself and his family. Completing his degree is not just about personal achievement; it’s about building the foundation to support his mother and siblings and to honour the sacrifices his father made for them.
I am deeply proud of his strength, commitment, and unwavering hope in the face of such adversity. That’s why I am asking for your kindness and generosity to help him bridge this financial gap. Any contribution, no matter how small, will make a world of difference in helping him achieve his dream of graduating and building a secure future for his family.
Thank you for taking the time to read his story. Your support means the world to us, and I know he will pay it forward by using his education to create positive change for his family and beyond.
