My name is Abdelrahman Diab, I am from Gaza and I'm reaching out with an urgent plea for help during these incredibly difficult times. I am working as a doctor in Egypt but my family is living in Gaza and they are facing the devastating effects of the ongoing war on there. Not only that, but my father is suffering from a chronic illnesses that require treatments unavailable in Gaza, and my younger sister injured her foot badly and has difficulty walking.

‏Adding to our hardships, our home which they fled at the beginning of the war was recently destroyed in an airstrike, leaving us without a safe and stable shelter.

‏Obtaining permits to cross borders for vital treatment comes at a significant cost of $5000 per permit, and with six family members, the expense is too much for us to cover.

‏We urgently need to raise $30,000 to cover the costs of these permits and ensure safe passage for my family. Your generous contribution will not only help secure the permits needed for the medical care of my father and sister but will also provide an opportunity for my siblings to continue going to school away from war.
