On 8/8/2025, I went to the emergency room thinking my fibromyalgia had gone out of hand. I quickly learned that it was much worse; my left lower leg had to be amputated. My husband had already scheduled a surgery for himself due to a possible clog in his arteries leading to his heart. All of this threw our life as we knew it into utter chaos!

Lots of money has had to be put out for medical expenses. We now are under a great deal of stress, as we are struggling to pay our monthly bills on top of more medical bills for us both.
