On May 14th Officer Tracey Francis took her family Upstate to celebrate the graduation of her oldest daughter from College.
This celebration quickly turned tragic as a car accident left her 15 year old daughter with life threatening injuries.
After numerous surgeries she has been left with life altering injuries.
