Help for Janet and Timmy Campbell

Hello, my name is Rita Schulte and I'm trying to help raise money for my old and dear friends Janet and Tim Campbell. For over 56 years, as a type 1 diabetic, Tim has been battling severe health issues and has not been able to work. Janet and Tim have been living with Tim's sister Sally and her husband Mike in Northern Virginia for the past 16 years where they have lived mostly rent-free.

In addition to caring for Tim all these years, Janet has also cared for and raised their granddaughter for 18 years. She was receiving survivor's benefits due to the death of her father (Janet and Tim's son) but these benefits have recently stopped.

Sally and Mike are retiring next year and they will be moving out of state.

Janet and Tim have to find a new place to live and the only income they currently have is social security. Tim's health is tenuous at best and he has just undergone another surgery, leaving them with more medical bills.

At 72 he is legally blind, has severe peripheral neuropathy, he is wheelchair-bound due to excruciating back pain. He has no bladder function, digestive issues, and gastroparesis and the list goes on and on. Because Tim has not been able to work for the past 20 years, they have little to no savings or investments.

The goal is to raise money to help facilitate a move for them so that they will not have to leave the area where they get help from their family and church. Please prayerfully consider helping these two amazing people who have given so much of themselves to help others over the years.
