✨️ The Next Phase of Relief✨️
While the first trip provided much-needed immediate assistance, the recovery is a long-term process. Families are still working tirelessly to repair and rebuild their homes and lives.
We are actively planning a second trip to Jamaica to continue assisting families as they recover and rebuild.
We are humbled by the support we've received so far, and we hope to continue to rely on your support as we work to bring more essential aid and resources to Jamaicans in need. Every dollar will help us fund the supplies and logistics for this upcoming mission.

Original message:
Hello,
I am Sherrykay. I was born and raised in Montego Bay, Jamaica. Although I now reside in the United States with my husband, Andrew, and our two daughters, we regularly visit family and friends who live on the island.
On October 28th, Hurricane Melissa struck the island of Jamaica as a Category 5 hurricane. The eye of the storm caused tremendous damage to the infrastructure. My family, friends, and the community found themselves in a dire situation, in the direct path of the hurricane, with no escape. The storm damaged major infrastructure, including the airport, hospital, and government buildings, the very fabric of the community. Many people lost their homes, experienced flooding, and suffered damage to their property. Thankfully, I haven't heard of any loss of life in my communities, but the recovery is still ongoing. The impacted areas are still without electricity or water. Cell service is slowly coming back online.
Jamaicans are very resilient, and I know they will rebuild even stronger! The days and weeks that follow are crucial to sustaining life, allowing us to rebuild our communities.
We humbly ask for your generous donation to make this possible. Our goal is to raise funds by November 14th to purchase essential items, including food, water, and hygiene supplies, to support my family, friends, and the broader community.
I will document and share the delivery of aid you so generously offer.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. ONE LOVE!!!
The Warr Family
