Hi, I’m Alan. I’m raising money for Cancer Research UK in honor of my family, as I’ve lost three grandparents and my dad to this terrible disease, and many other family members have been affected as well. I’m sure we all know someone who has been touched by cancer.

Currently deployed in the Falklands, I’m challenging myself to complete 870 burpees over the course of a weekend starting the 16th. The number 870 represents the 87 people in my department, and I’ll be doing 10 burpees for each person.
