Help Save Dave

Hi friends! We have recently found out some sad news. Our sweet baby Dave has been diagnosed with grade 4 Patellar Luxation. What this means is his knee cap has permanently moved out of place and cannot be manually put back into place. This is a very painful condition and causes him to limp when he walks. We have had to limit his activity to lying down as much as possible. No running or jumping aloud! 
This is so hard for us to watch Dave go through since he is still so young and loves to run and play! 
To give our boy a chance to walk and  run pain free again, this requires an aggressive surgery to deepen the groove, straighten the femur and/or tibia with bone cuts and stabilizing with bone plates.
This will be a long road of daily pain meds, vet visits, bloodwork, xrays, the surgery and of course an 8-10 week recovery period.

Please help us to give our Dave a chance to be a puppy again!
