Skyline '86 - 30yr Reunion Mixer

Hey everyone, Vincent Birdwell and Greg Bodwin here, Skyline High School, class of 1986. We are the hosts of "the Bird and Greg Show". We come to you for your help with a situation that is near and dear to our hearts. This year (2016) marks the 30th year anniversary of the class of 1986 graduation from the great school of SKYLINE HIGH in Dallas, TX.
Being that 30 years is such a monumentous milestone we want to create an event that rivals all others in the past. Our goal is to host a Friday Night Mixer for everyone to enjoy. We want this event to be FREE for all classmates who want to come. This event will have a Red Carpet, Valet Parking, Dancing, Free Buffet and Open Bar! We have made strides in raising funds by selling class t-shirts, having raffles and cookouts, but we are a long way from our goal to make this event a success.
Our reunion is weekend starts on Friday, October 14th 2016 with the Friday Night Mixer. The funds we raise on this campaign will pay for the venue:

plus the cost of PARKING, FOOD, DRINKS, THE DJ AND A PHOTOGRAPHER. (we have already paid the non-refundable deposit to hold the date, so it is critical that we raise the balance of $5000)
*THIS IS NOT A FOR PROFIT PROJECT! Bird and myself are not making a dime. We are doing this because we love our classmates and feel they want this. 30 years is a long time we all have been friends and that is almost our whole lives. Some of us have moved from Dallas and we don't get to see everyone as much as others. So when we have an opportunity such as outr 30yr we have to pull out all the stops. We are all growing closer with each passing year and we LOVE to get together as often as possible and enjoy each other.
We truly love each and every classmate and cherish these times we have together. If we can pull this off, this would fill our hearts with such joy that after 30 years we are still close, we are still here and we are still FAMILY!!
