This day finds me in a situation that I never expected. Have you ever made a decision that you believed to be something good, clear and special? Have you prayed about it and thought things were lining up for you? Though in the back of your mind tiny moments of doubt that you overrode like the red flags you used to ignore in new relationships. This was supposed to be a time of renewal, refreshing and rebirth for a single mom starting a new chapter, time to regroup and build a new version of life for herself as an empty nester. I have hit so many roadblocks, had to overcome so many hurdles and lost things that I thought couldn't be lost. So with the decision I made last year and all the changes I made for this decision, it looks like I have to make a few more changes and I need to make them quickly. All of this to say that there is no way I can do it by myself, so I am doing the scariest most vulnerable thing I have ever had to do. I am asking for help on a large scale and in a way that I never thought I would need. I am asking you, my family and friends for help. I know I'm not the only one struggling with things in life. I know I may not be the only one that needs a little help but I am calling on my community, nonetheless to get me to the next step. I need help with the costs to make my next move my belongings and myself back home to Washington. If you can, any amount that you can give will be a blessing and you will have my deep gratitude. If you can't that is okay, I understand. No pressure and no expectations. Just reaching out for help, if and where is possible. I would also appreciate prayers.
