The One Fund Boston

Over the past several years, many of you have seen me sign up for triathlons, half-marathons and even century bike rides. But never a marathon. I always thought the training was too demanding and the actual race an overwhelming burden imposed on my (fastly aging!) body. But last year's events at the Boston marathon changed that -and many other things. So here I am, breaking my promise of no marathons to keep my promise to always remember what happened. Embracing the unique opportunity to run with thousands on the streets of the communities we call home, with my family and friends on the sidelines. Asking you to join me on this run to raise funds for the victims, those who we'll never forget just like we'll never forget what we were doing on April 15th, 2013 early in the afternoon. Time to run together, time to celebrate life, time to help the victims one more time -and as many times as needed. Every contribution counts, no matter how small. All of these proceeds are being donated to the One Fund Boston to help all of the victims of the 2013 Boston Marathon bombings.

We run together,
