Accident recovery: help me raise funds for a replacement car

To my friends, family, and community,

My name is Sarah Ruggiero and I’m reaching out to you with a heavy heart. Just a month after purchasing my first car—a vehicle I worked tirelessly to afford—I was involved in an accident. Thankfully, I was not significantly injured from this incident. However, the car, which represented years of babysitting and baking savings, was totaled. Unfortunately, the accident was not covered by insurance and now, as I prepare to start college in the fall, I find myself facing both an emotional and financial burden.

I had planned to work over the summer to cover my school expenses, but without reliable transportation, that dream is slipping away. My family, unfortunately, cannot provide financial assistance. That’s why I’m turning to our wonderful community for support.
