Jeff Asbell is a family man. A fun loving, outgoing and enthusiastic man. A wonderful husband and loving father. Jeff has a Passion for all things mountain biking and has been mountain biking most of his life as one of his pastimes. The freedom it brings him, he has only been able to describe it as timeless. He feels no worries or troubles as if time has stopped and leaves only him, the trail and the breeze blowing past him.
The past few months Jeff has competed in a mountain bike race season which has recently been completed and left him in third place. Midway through the season however is when the trouble made itself known. A small lump formed on the right side of Jeff’s neck and through the remainder of the season The lump began to grow larger and larger, gradually making Jeff become more sick.
As of Monday, December 27th 2021, Jeff was diagnosed with the worst news any person can receive; at the young age of 56, Jeff was diagnosed with a very aggressive form of head and neck cancer, the lump in his neck being a metastasized tumor which is inoperable. As Jeff is the sole source of income for his family, we have started this Go Fund Me to help raise money for Medical, Electric, Water, Gas and Food. As time goes we know Jeff will slow down on the amount of work he is able to do until the day he can no longer work. Every cent will be used to help Jeff and his beautiful family make it through these Increasingly difficult times.
