TEAMMORGAN is a group of people comprised of family and friends in support of Morgan Moseley (Mo). Mo is a truly exceptional human being, with an infectiously captivating smile, who has touched so many lives in such positive ways. We feel that you should know about Mo and her gift for helping others to laugh and smile. Through her whimsical sense of humor, she is able to shine a light, even in the darkest of times guided by her unwavering faith. She is the person you want to have around you the kind of person you won’t forget because she is among the few who are able to lift the spirit and touch the heart. Mo is truly a gift to be shared.

Her story
Mo is a self-motivated driving force of independence whose vocabulary does not include the word “can’t”. She worked her way through high school and community college while supporting herself with multiple jobs. Because of her determination to succeed she was able to provide for herself and purchase her own transportation while paying for her living expenses. She also is highly involved with her church and community outreach and tirelessly seeks out opportunities to serve others with kindness and compassion. Through Hope Corp she served as a member of a mission’s team to Honduras and is currently preparing for another opportunity to serve in Australia through Apostolic Missions. As you can see Mo is quite the go getter.
However, on January 14, 2018, as a result from testing during her hospitalization from a grand mal seizure, we found out that Mo had a mass and was later diagnosed with a low-grade glioma (brain tumor). We were shocked to say the least! How could this young vibrant 21-year-old be facing such a menacing challenge? But true to form she has been a trooper taking this head on (pun intended) at Mo Speed (an affectionate term given to her by her co-workers at Sheetz) with the efficiency of a Morganizer (another affectionate term given to her by her co-workers at FED-EX)! We are confident that together with your help and support we can meet the challenges to come and cross that finish line together.

• Medical expenses not covered by insurance
• Co-pay expenses from tests and treatments
• Monthly bills not covered due to her loss of work
• Transportation costs to and from treatment center
• Possible lodging expenses during treatment sessions
What it means to us
Although Mo is considered an adult she is still our child and this is every parent’s worst nightmare. To know that your child is facing a life changing illness and all you can do is be there. The helpless feeling sometimes is so hard to bare but it does not compare to the uncertainty and fear that is in your child’s eyes when she looks into yours. It is in this time that we hold her close and pray for God to hold on to us. Your help will be so greatly appreciated and will allow us to put our focus where it belongs, on Mo!
