Dani's Recovery Fund

Last week, our great friend Dani was walking Hank (her and Michelle’s rescue doggie), and a drunk driver hit them both.

Dani was badly hurt, suffering from several injuries, including a broken pelvis, two broken vertebrae in her lower back, broken ribs, and a broken leg.

Hank was taken to the emergency vet, but sadly, he did not survive. Michelle and Dani are devastated about the loss of Hank, and our love goes out to them. RIP Hank <3

Of course, Michelle has been right by Dani’s side, giving all her love and being a WONDERFUL nurse. She and Dani thank everyone for the kind words, cards, flowers and love sent their way.

People have been amazing and so supportive, asking what they can do to help. The accident has been devastating to them in so many ways, of course, including financially.

Dani still has a long journey ahead of her, including surgery on her leg, therapies, and multiple follow-up appointments.

This fundraiser is intended to keep them on their feet during irregular work hours for Michelle as she helps Dani recover, looming medical bills, emergency vet costs, and the unknown return to work time for Dani.
