UPDATE
*************************************************
May God bless each one of you for your beautiful heart.
The brain scan and MRI showed a severe brain damage... Doctors are not giving much hope for recovery.
Val was taken off sedation Friday, February 9th. Now he's able to open his eyes (very randomly), he can blink and stare one direction for few minutes. As of today, Thursday, February 15th he's also able to show some reactions with his feet.
We believe that God is powerful and merciful.
"I cry to the LORD with my voice; with my voice to the LORD I make my supplication. I pour out my complaint before him; I declare before him my trouble."
Psalms 142:1-2
**************************************************
On February 6th Val collapsed at work due to cardiac arrest. He was without a heart beat for an extended period of time before he was resuscitated.
Val was put into a medically induced coma to stabilize his heart.
Doctors are expecting brain damage because of the amount of time his brain didn't get oxygen and blood flow. They cannot measure the extent of the damage until he comes out of coma.
Val is in a hospital far from home, his wife Elena is by his side. Expenses are adding up.
Val is the only income provider for his family. They are in great financial need to cover medical and living expenses while waiting for Val's recovery.
Any financial help is greatly appreciated please share this link with anyone you know. Also, your sincere prayers are needed.
Val and his family are believers. Praying for God's mercy and miracle.
My help cometh from the LORD, which made heaven and earth.
Psalms 121:2 (KJV)
