I am Sarah. I will be turning 30 in June this year and for this I am taking on the "30 for 30" challenge where I will be completing:

30km Run

30km Row

30km Ski

This will be in aid of both the Sands Charity, the stillbirth and neonatal death charity who offers support to anyone affected by baby loss and the Bereavement Unit in Antrim Area Hospital.

In January 2025, my sister Laura and her partner Lonán availed of the service offered by the Bereavement Unit following the loss of their baby boy, Bobby.

The Sands charity also donates memory boxes to the Bereavement Unit which was a huge help and comfort to Laura and Lonán.

Any donation is massivley appreciated for this great cause.
