Save Service Dog

Colfax is a corgi husky mix and has been a constant companion to my family since we got him six years ago. He also has been a service dog to my mom who has MS and who is largely paralyzed on the left side. Colfax is always by her side to cheer her up, he barks for help when my mom needs it and is a main reason for my mom to stay as mobile as possible in order to take care of him.
Colfax is a wonderful dog and a massive blessing. However, in the past month we found out that he tore both of his ACLs. He is in crippling pain and having difficulty walking anywhere.
The ACL surgery is extreamly expensive (about 7000 dollars to repair both) and with my mom's already mountainous medical bills we are struggling. He has been such a blessing to our family and has taken care of us and now its time for us to take care of him. Any help would be welcomed and would be such a relief.
