Fusion of Movement
At a Crossroads
Due to a “perfect storm” set of circumstances, we’ve had a financially and emotionally tough 2019. After almost 8 great years of service to the quad city community, we find ourselves at a crossroads. In order to keep The Movement alive, we have decided to restructure. There will be some changes coming in the next several months and we ask for your patience as we work through them. A reduction in size and a reorganization of the debt load should allow us to jump into the Spring session on new legs. The transition is going to tricky, but it is doable and we need your help!
It Takes a Village
For those of you who know us personally, asking for help doesn’t come easy, but we can’t accept the idea of letting it go. We have too much invested in it and feel a responsibility to our community to do everything we can to keep it going. To keep it going for us, for our kids and for all the people who have found a home with us.
With Thanks
Whether you can help in this campaign or not, we would like to thank you for spending the time to consider it. If you are a current member, a past member, a friend or family from out of state, or someone considering joining us, we thank you for your patronage and support. The relationships that we have formed over the past eight years are the reason we continue to push through this hard time.
