Funeral Expenses for Robert

My neighbor Marie who is 82 years old and on a low fixed income Has just lost her son and grandson within 2 weeks of each other. Marie called me to ask if I know of any way to help with the funeral expenses for her son. I told her about GoFundMe and got her permission to try to raise money to help her with the expenses, that are immediately needed. 

Marie has had very hard times. She had 5 children and now has lost four of them. Robert lived with Marie and although he was not well these past few years, he was there to help her and was company for her. Marie’s grandsons funeral was on Tuesday June 17th. It was devastating for her. On the day of her grandsons funeral, Robert got into a car accident and was taken to the hospital and then released. He was home for two days and could not breathe well. Marie noticed his legs and hands looked blue so she called 911 and he died at the hospital. Now she is alone, and has no means whatsoever to cover these costs for a proper burial for her son. Robert has expressed to his mom that he did not want to be cremated. Marie would like to uphold his wishes.
