Dear 84 Front St. Owners,
Our tireless, dedicated staff has gone above and beyond to keep our building pleasant, well-maintained and safe during this unrelenting pandemic. Day in and day out, they have sacrificed their own safety and comfort to ensure that our building and its residents remain vigilant and prepared by working long hours, maintaining rigorous cleaning standards, going the extra mile to manage foot traffic, packages, a confirmed COVID case (with the utmost discretion) and keeping the lines of communication open.
Through it all, our staff - Steve (superintendent), Jaime (doorman), Russell (doorman) and Jonathan (porter) - has remained upbeat, focused, professional and courteous.
We, your Board of Directors, organized this effort to thank them and also assist with financial struggles they have incurred as a result of this severe health crisis.
