Forty six years ago, a twin was born to Jacki Watkins and Orville Watkins. Andre Amiel Watkins was a enegetic man with a charismatic spirit, that could light up a room. To know Andre was to love him deeply without constraints. We surveyed our feelings and came up with an acronym to best describe him. S.M.I.L.E.

L-Loved everyone. He never met a "stranger."
E-Entertaining. Kept everyone laughing, in return, bringing a smile to your face. Which will surely be missed
Our newest angel is now watching over all of us and would appreciate any donation/contribution to the family. He leaves behind a mother, two sisters,
a twin brother, and a only child Jasmyn Watkins.
