Help Support Wyatt and His Family Through This Medical Emergency
Hi I’m Mandy Duenas I’m the cousin of Scotty I want to set this up to help the family :)
On Monday, 16-year-old Wyatt began feeling unwell, and his symptoms quickly worsened. His mom, Lauren, took him to the ER—and what they thought might be something minor turned into every parent’s nightmare.
Doctors discovered that Wyatt had suffered a brain aneurysm. They quickly drained the bleeding and performed an MRI, which revealed a suspicious mass on his brain. The medical team initially prepared for surgery but have now decided to perform a second MRI to confirm whether the mass is a blood clot something else —as the scan was unclear.
As Wyatt remains in the hospital facing an uncertain and critical road ahead, his parents, Lauren and Scottie, have not left his side. Doctors have told them this will be a long journey, and both parents are currently unable to work while they focus on caring for their son. They are also trying to stay strong and present for their daughter during this incredibly difficult time.
How You Can Help
Medical bills, daily expenses, and missed work are already starting to add up. This fund will go directly to helping the family with medical costs, travel, bills, meals, and care for their daughter—allowing them to be by Wyatt’s side without the added stress of financial hardship.
