Family in need of help

Baby Lucas was born on Nov. 20th with Down Syndrome. He has a hole in his heart. Doctors are waiting to operate til Lucas is 3 to 4 months old so the heart has a chance to grow. Lucas has been in the hospital since Dec. 17th when he was transported from Lancaster General to Hershey Medical. He has been through many tests. He doesn't have enough energy to drink his bottle so he is being fed by a tube. Lucas also needs to gain weight to be strong for the operation. Lucas weight isn't still back to what his original birth weight was. Last night the doctors gave Lucas a new medicine and made his blood pressure drop. So the doctors had to put a breathing tube in. So mom and dad have been up at the hospital around the clock with Lucas. While they have three other children that need taken care of. The father was the only one working and now he is on family leave.
