Kevin Needs Our Help

If you are native to Snoqualmie Valley, it's likely you have experienced the light of Kevin Shadow. Kevin grew up in our little valley and when he started working, he shared with us the absolute kindness that makes up his being. We all got to know Kevin at Bartells, with his furry ears and exotic taste in jewelry. He welcomed us, saw us as we are, shared a bracelet, kind words, and whatever else he had to give to make our days.

Hard times have fallen on Kevin and though many have helped and reached out, the hole he is in requires more. Kevin has struggled with mental illness most of his life as well as homelessness and swore he would never be homeless again. Now with the insane rising cost of rent, Kevin was forced from his home and despite searching for the short time he had, he is left with nothing.

Regardless of what Kevin has gone through, he has always been at his core, kind. At this time we are searching for housing but because Kevin has no current income, he will need a boost for a few months until he has funds flowing.
