My husband Joshua is a professional French trained chef with twenty years in the industry (working 60 hours a week, I might add!). I am a doula who serves women in the Phoenix Valley of the Sun as they create or expand their families. Our last child just recently left the nest and I have just announced my retirement from the doula world. With these life changes we have decided that now is our time, time to manifest our DREAM of working together on a project that we are passionate about and that fills a large need in the Valley's food scene.
Our truck will be unique in the Valley for several reasons. Our menu is very gluten free friendly (I am gluten free, so we get it), we will have dedicated nonmeat and nongluten prep and cook areas as well. We will also have composting and recycling bins on the truck for our use as well as our patrons'. We plan to source as much locally as possible, we want to support our community as our community supports us!
