UPDATE:
On the morning of December 20, 2018 after a nearly 7-year fight with cancer, Jake went home to be with Jesus. His last night was spent together with family, who prayed and sang hymns of worship over him as he fell into a quiet sleep and woke up with Jesus. Our hearts are all broken and a piece of them are missing, but we rejoice in the HOPE and TRUTH that our beloved Jake is no longer in pain and has a beautiful new perfect body.
All donations made to this GoFundMe at this point will be used to cover funeral costs, remaining medical bills, and cost of living expenses for Carly during this season of transition.
