On March 20th 2024, Guillermo Cervantes was involved in a vehicle accident in the city of Antioch. He was on his way home and just a few blocks away from where his wife Liz works at Guadalajara Taqueria. He was struck by a reckless driver who slammed into the drivers side door and severely injuring Guillermo.
He is currently at John Muir Hospital in critical condition, with major head trauma and on a breathing tube fighting for his life.
His wife and 4 children are by his side praying for his recovery. Because him and his wife are now unable to work, this will cause a great financial hardship to the family as they wait with hope that Guillermo will survive and then try to plan for an uncertain future.
We are reaching out to the community, family and friends, who may find it in their heart and find themselves with the ability to help this family in their most critical time of need. They will need funds to help cover medical bills & household expenses as neither are able to work at this time. Please keep this family in your prayers and feel free to share in the hopes we can raise the funds so desperately needed.

El 20 de Marzo, Guillermo Cervantes estuvo involucrado en un accidente automovilístico en la ciudad de Antioch. Estaba de camino a casa y a solo unas cuadras de donde trabaja su esposa Liz en Guadalajara Taqueria. Fue golpeado por un conductor imprudente que se estrelló contra la puerta del lado del conductor e hirió gravemente a Guillermo.
Actualmente se encuentra en el Hospital John Muir en estado crítico, con un traumatismo craneal grave donde está luchando por su vida.
Su esposa y sus 4 hijos están a su lado rezando por su recuperación. Debido a que ahora no pueden trabajar, esto causará una gran difícilidad financiera a la familia mientras esperan con la esperanza de que Guillermo sobreviva y luego traten de planificar un futuro incierto.
Estamos pidiéndole a la comunidad, a la familia y a los amigos, que pueden encontrarlo en su corazón y encontrarse con la capacidad de ayudar a esta familia en su momento más crítico de necesidad.
