Hi, my name is Pam. I want to raise money for James Durham. He is an 83-year-old veteran living in the house pictured. He is wheelchair-bound and struggles daily with enough without having to worry that his home is going to fall in and he and his beloved pet, Rosie, will have nowhere to go. Rosie helps James get in and out of his chair. She is his comfort since his wife of 63 years is in a nursing home struggling with Alzheimer's.

I first found James when he asked for food, not for himself, but for Rosie. He was running out of people food to share with her. I have reached out to several places trying to get this home fixed. He deserves a safe place to live with his pet.

Please continue to share James & Rosie's story. As you can see from the pictures, he needs more than just a roof. His siding needs replaced as well to prevent more water from entering the home.
