I am launching a YouTube channel called "Daughters of Eve." I already have a digital SLR that can shoot HD video, but I need a microphone and some lamps in order for the videos to be something approaching "professional quality."
As I've been writing scripts and plotting out the first episodes, I also realize that I need books for research. I'm going to be talking about what Christian teenagers need to know about consent, sexual agency, bodily autonomy, and the realities of abuse and sexual violence in dating relationships-- all things I wish I had known as a young Christian woman growing up. In order to address some of the problems that exist in Christian conversations about sex and relationships, I need to have the source material.
