Hello and thank you for taking the time to hear my story. My name is Ashley and Im reaching out in desperate need of help. Due to circumstances beyond my control, i was caught up in a situation that has been life changing. My daughter and I were offered a free trip to Tennessee from a guy I knew, through my nephew, who didnt want to go alone. This guy got pulled over in pigeon forge and what could have been a quick traffic stopped turned into a nightmare. When the driver was asked if there were guns or weapons in the vehicle,he responded and handed over a bag of weed. The officer then informed him that was probable cause to search the vehicle. I complied and allowed them to search mine and my daughter's belongings and gave permission for them to question my daughter. they found nothing illegal that belongs to us. While searching the vehicle they found a gun under my seat. I was completely unaware of there being a gun in that car. I do not like guns. When asked who it belonged to i said it wasn't mine and pleaed my case, the guy would not take accountability for ownership, therefore they charged us both. Im faces charges that carry a mandatory 2-5 years. Charges:

#1 unlawful use of a weapon

#2 child endangering

i am utter disbelief this has happened. Im in desperate need of a lawyer and i lack the funds at the moment with christmas just passing. This free trip has cost me more than it would have ever been worth. I was arrested and they took my 10 year old daughter to cps until they could reach her dad, to whom has been an absent parent up until now. It take an out of state emergency for him to get his child. Ten years and hes never even went to file visitations to see her and now he has emergency custody. Im not aloud to contact her. per my bond and its agonizing. We have never been apart from each other for this long.And not being able to talk. It's important to get this lawyer i found because hes confident to get the case dismissed on my first court date, with the new evidence that's came to light to prove I knew nothing of what this guy was carrying in his vehicle. I need to come up with the money before my first court appearance on 1//30/2026 The cost to hire Andrew Farmer is $8000, he said he would take half down 4,000 to represent me and I could make monthly payments on the remainder. Its crucial. to get this dismissed immediately. I can not work with juvenile court on getting my daughter back until the crimal case is closed. I made a mistake, by taking advange of a free trip, as a single mother I looked at it as an opportunity for my kid to have something i couldn give her at the time.
