Help me battle my diabetes

I was diagnosed last year with Type 1 diabetes. I was recently in the hospital again for Dioketoacidosis. I have struggled with my diabetes. This has been a big life change that I am unable to get a handle on alone. When I was in Connecticut I received excellent healthcare. I have  found a clinic there that will take me and help me really get this under control and her lp regulate my blood sugar and maybe get me a pump. It also will have an impatient program to help monitor me and test my kidneys ( they found proteins so they are a little worried about signs of early kidney disease) and liver and run EKG's, lots of blood work  I have to get down there though and the sooner the better, however I cannot afford the expense of the airline costs and other expenses such as a cab to get my car out of storage, gas for my car, a place to stay for a day, bills that come up.  I would not ask if it weren't a necessity. Can you guys please help me out. Any bit helps. Thanks so much from the bottom of my heart. I added a little more to the fund because they take out so much in fees
