- Hi, my name is Melissa and I am fundraising for one of my best friends- Shana Enoch’s. Shana was diagnosed with lupus not even 2 months ago and has now been hospitalized for the last week + for what is now interstitial lung disease. She is finally home on 24/7 oxygen.
