I have been unemployed for almost a whole year, and my unemployment payments ran out four months ago. So I have zero income. My husband's income is barely keeping us above water with our regular bills. So this is a terrible time for something like this to happen.

The 4'± retaining wall at my house is failing. The facade bricks recently fell, indicating that the structural cinder block wall is not far from falling away as well. One more big snow or rain and it'll give out. We need to get this fixed ASAP. If the cinder block wall falls, the whole foundation of our house will become structurally unsound.

There are a lot of costs we've been putting off for "until I get a job" but this one takes the cake.

This will likely be a multi-thousand-dollar job. We are not expecting any help, but we will appreciate any amount you can contribute to help our family.
