We are asking for help during one of the most difficult moments our family has ever faced. We are raising funds not only for my dad’s funeral expenses, but also so that us girls can afford plane tickets to Washington to honor his final wishes. We want to bring his ashes to Yakima, where he can rest with my grandpas.

My dad was a loving and compassionate father who devoted his life to God and his girls. Becoming a minister changed him in the most beautiful ways—he found purpose in following Jesus, offering a shoulder to the lonely, and fiercely protecting those he loved. He was the kind of man who would literally give you the shirt off his back without a second thought. His heart was bigger than anything we could ever describe.

His passing was sudden and completely unexpected, leaving us heartbroken—but we find comfort knowing he is finally home.
