81st Birthday to Help Cora’s Wellbeing

For my 81st birthday on March 27th, I’m raising funds on behalf of Cora, my granddaughter. The monies go to an organization that funds research and supports the families and caregivers of children like Cora with Trisomy 18.

If you are or know anyone who has a special needs child you know how caring for that child has 24/7 demands. It’s often exhausting and overwhelming. Having a community that understands and supports you is a Godsend. SOFT is that organization.

Research is also crucial. Since many Trisomy 18 babies die an early death the medical community has not focused enough research on the care and longevity of these children. Cora is 11 years old.

This cause is close to my heart and I thank you for anything you can give.
