this is not for me it is for John Murray a native of Lake Providence, Louisiana. He was diagnosis with chronic Sarcoidosis in the lungs, heart, lymp nodes, skin, and eyes. only 10% percent of the people with sarcoidosis is chronic and it can be fatal when in the heart there is no cure. John Murray insurance is $750.00 a month his deductible is $3800.00 his copays $25.00 per doctor and is on disability will not be eligeble for medicare until may 2015. he does not have permanet medicaide. his SSD is $1134.00 he cant even pay his bills much less his insurance.
