A Man & His Dog (please read)

Recently my good friend Sam had a stroke leaving him demobilized. While he was in therapy, I helped take care of his beautiful 5 year old beagle named Sadie. One day I noticed her in a lot of pain and falling over. After several trips to the vetinarian, we determined that she has a ruptured disk in her neck. The disk is pushing on her nerves in her spinal canal, leaving her in a lot of pain and unable to stand on her own. She needs to have surgeory to relieve this pressure. Due to her age and general health she is a good canidate with high possibilities of full recovery. Unfortunately the surgeory cost $5000 and neither Sam or myself have the money. I am sure it would also be great motivation and encouragement for Sam, in his own recovery, to see Sadie back to health. Please help my friend and his pet! Thanks for reading and God Bless!
